"A little corner of Switzerland lost in Provence" is how we are called. The mountains, the Serre-Ponçon lake, the gentle way of life and the conviviality contribute to the originality of our gorgeous valley.

We welcome groups all year round (business committees, associations, mountain bike clubs, hiking clubs or even motorbike clubs...) and we can offer you tailored rates for half board, full board or even overnight stays with breakfast. We take care of everything.

The manager and chef, Bruno Savornin, works hard every day to offer you a cuisine that combines tradition and modernity. His title of "Maître Restaurateur" shows that cooking is more than a job to him, it's a passion. He is also a member of the great family of "Disciple d'Escoffier" chefs.

A charity organisation which, thanks to their exceptional cuisine, organises events to raise money to help disabled children and their families.

"Originally from Montclar, I was present for the planning and the construction of the resort as it was my father, the Mayor from 1969 to 2014, who was the driving force behind it. Joined by Maguy in the 1980s, the hotel and restaurant business has become our vocation. And we do everything possible to ensure that our customers are happy.

Our business is first and foremost a family home where we have been able to see our children grow up alongside our customers' who have since become our friends. Today our daughter Camille rounds off our team. After having travelled to different countries and regions, she has decided to settle down with us.
